The use of artificial selection allows you to find new varieties relatively stable, which are then used for agricultural purposes, livestock or mass gender types.


Artificial selection and the ability to manipulate phenotypes voluntarily implied an enormous advance in the quality of life of people in different ways, since the characteristics of plant varieties were optimized by easily taking advantage of the nutritional uses of the human being.

However, in contrast there are also a multiplicity of ethical issues, for the reason that artificial selection has gone beyond crosses between different races: the artificial propagation methods they put the human being in a virtual place of God with respect to the life he generates.

In order to obtain more efficient animals, man selects the individuals that carry valuable features according to his thought: the modification of the appearance of many species is done with the sole purpose of making human life more comfortable, irreversibly altering the natural destiny of each species.
