The verbs ending in -bir or -buir are always always written with B. For example: I recentlybir, retribuir.
(!) Exceptions: sawvir, bevir or hervir.
According to their infinitive ending, verbs are classified into those that end in -ar, those that end in -er, and those that end in -ir. Verbs ending in -bir or buir are verbs of the third conjugation since they end in -ir.
