The verbs ending in-iar they always form diphthong in the last syllable (open vowel + closed vowel). For example: advertciar, in itsciar.
Most verbs, on the contrary, When we are in front of verbs that have two vowels together (one weak and one strong) a hiatus can occur, that is, the breaking of the syllable that contains both vowels into two different syllables. For example: Send (Send).
