The prefixuni-, of Latin origin, means "one" or "unique". For example: unipersonal, unicell phone.
This prefix admits the variable un-, with the same meaning. For example: aanime (something common to all members of a group).
The opposite prefix is multi-, which means "several" or "many".

Examples of words with the prefix uni-
- Unanimous: That it is common to all the members of a group (it is said, generally, of opinions).
- Unicameral: Which has a single chamber of representatives.
- Unicejo: Which has a lot of hair between the eyebrows so that both eyebrows seem to have no division and form one.
